The staff at your Kempston retail store were amazing, the guy who placed our order was so lovely, very professional and there was also a lady and I can't remember her name. She was blonde, I'd say about 45, her customer service was impeccable!!! I'm a new mum and trying to shop which juggling a 6 month old is quite difficult to say the least, but she was so nice. She calmed my daughter so my husband and I could look around properly and place our order in peace! She went above and beyond her role, absolutely outstanding! I just wish I could remember her name!!

The Sales man, Jonathan, was just what we needed and he was very professional. He helped us to make the right choice in our purchase. I've worked with a lot of Sales people, in my career and I would place him in the top 25%. Best hang on to him, then!

The sales team introduced themselves and explained the colour coding system of the mattresses . He had very good product knowledge and answered our questions without consulting anyone else. We were offered coffee while we looked. We was then left to look at beds without constant interruptions. He said if we have any questions to give him a call. We left the store to look at your competitors for comparison and later returned to make our purchase.the team were friendly and relaxed in their selling approach which is what I liked the most no rush and no pressure. We have bought from you before and returned because of your unequalled service . Thank you.

Mark at the Kempston Retail Park nr Bedford, was very helpful with information regarding our requirements. Mattress has yet to arrive, and I am sure we'll be satisfied with it, but the one good thing about Dreams is that they offer a 40 day return should the product not meet our expectations/needs.

The guy who helped us was really friendly not pushy. We were looking at one of the most expensive here but he was really down to earth and dealt with us really well. You also had an offer on the bed we bought that saved us over a £1000 pounds 😁

Two different sales men asked if we needed assistance, we said we were just looking at the moment, they said to call if we needed help and left us alone. No pushy sales, something that would make us leave a store guaranteed!!

We visited the Bedford store and got exactly what we wanted with excellent customer service just the right amount of sale not over pushy full praise to the customer services officer

Russell who attended to us was very pleasant, courteous and patient. he is a credit to your store in Bedford. I will definitely go back again.
