The salesman, James, offered just the right amount of help, he was able to advise us on which beds matched our requirements and he offered us a range of products. He was not too pushy but was on hand as soon as we had any queries. We enjoyed the experience of shopping and spent some time making our choice. Very pleased that the mattress was in stock!

We went to the Dreams store at Bedford Interchange Park to buy a new mattress. Cathryn assisted us with our purchase, she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She showed us the different options, explained the differences, prices and availability to assist our decision making. Once we had chosen a mattress, Cathryn also assisted us with a pillow. The order and payment process was very efficient and straightforward, and the delivery time of less than a week is excellent. Having the option of the old mattress taken away when the new one is delivered is extremely helpful. Overall a great experience!

Cathryne was extremely helpful, so explained that colour coding and went through the selection of mattresses that would be best suited for me. Followed me round and made suggestions to fulfill my needs.
