Very helpful and friendly

I bought my first dream house and i was visiting few local stores to buy beds etc. After few days of looking around this was my second visit to the store with a confidence of buying 2 beds and mattress as i have seen all the local stores and compared the prices and quality. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as i was testing them by asking random questions about types of mattress etc. I have been offered drink while doing all the paperwork. I bought a bedcover service plan recommended by staff and 20%discount on mattress and on top free home delivery. what else can be asked. I will recommend this store to all. Thanks to Dreams to make my home a Dream Home.

Fantastic advice and extremely helpfully and knowledgeable member of staff who processed our order efficiently whilst understanding our requirements.

Shop was well laid out, good range of mattresses, we were quickly approached by staff member and shown a number of products, selected a more expensive mattress than intended but went for high quality in end. After selecting went to Benson's to check out their range, did not like layout, claustrophobic, and same product line items did not seem as good a quality, prices were excessive about 30% more, staff attitude not great, knowledge limited. Returned to you shop and placed order.

We were welcomed into the store at Bedford, Interchange Park and shown a selection of single beds, as requested. Jonathan (validation code 179) sorted out our requirements, despite the fact that he was working on something else in the store when we arrived, and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. He was helpful in every way.

The service was excellent I wasn't sure what I needed and she was very patient and gave me lots of information about the different products

Cathryn was attentive, very knowledgeable and provided an outstanding customer service. She fully understood our needs and was able to show us suitable products. She guided us through the process and we were very happy with our visit.

My husband is a wheelchair user and Cathryn was very helpful in assisting us during our visit. Cathryn explained about the various mattresses very thoroughly so we made the most suitable purchase. Excellent service
