Russell was very friendly, listened to me and what I wanted. Showed me mid range options first which were comfortable, then showed me more expensive range - was not at all pushy to purchase the more expensive one but did point out why more expensive, i bought the more expensive one. Gave me lots of choice, spent time with me, very patient and nothing was so too much trouble. I feel Russell went above and beyond what he needed to do. Even moving mattress onto different basis for me to try and then headboards so I could see the look. Excellent customer service from Russell. Feel some of the previous questions are a bit early to say as bed not being delivered till February.

Very busy during my visit to store, staff working well as team to support each other and service customers needs efficiently. Did not feel rushed which is not always the case.

The gentleman who served us knew the product range well and the ordering system. My only 'negatives' were that it took a long time to be served as the shop was busy and there was no discount whatsoever on the bed despite the sale being on; many similar shops offer,say, £50 off all non-sale good over, say, £500.

Nine the sales assistant was very good, knowledgeable, nothing was a problem also a relaxed not pressurised environment.

I am sure that I was noticed by members of staff as I was looking around the store, but was given sufficient time to find what I needed, before being approached by a member of staff. I had in mind which mattress I wanted, and my choice was confirmed as a good choice by your staff. At no time did I feel pressurised. Your member of staff (Nina) certainly had excellent people skills.

On deciding to buy a new bed and spend a reasonable amount we took our time on deciding. We actually came in the store 3 times over a period of 6 months before buying. Russell never made us feel like we were wasting his time and answered our questions with easy knowledge. A good salesperson all round. Never pushy or overselling points. Russell is a really good asset for the Company, A great experience all round.
