Jack from the kempston interchange store was very friendly and knew everything regarding the order

My wife and I were assisted by Jonathan who was very welcoming and helpful in giving us advice on the mattresses available. After supplying the information we required and giving us cup of coffee we were left to wander the store and try the mattresses at our leisure, not being pressured in any way. Upon picking which model we wanted to purchase we spoke to Jonathan once again who dealt with our order promptly and efficiently. All in all a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to recommend or use this Bedford store again.

Mark, the store manager, took time to understand my specific needs and showed me alternatives without overwhelming me with the options available. We had a very friendly banter and I was able to proceed from enquiry to order satisfied that I was getting what I really wanted.

Very polite, gave us clear directions based on our needs then left us a good amount of time to look. Came back around the right time, offered us drinks and was very efficient in sorting our order.

The assistant (Nina) greeted us on arrival and asked questions to establish what we were after. She then left us to it so that we could choose in peace and returned quickly once we had selected the mattress we wanted in order to conclude the sale process. Good range of products available to choose from.

Jonathan the salesperson at this store was very professional listening to our needs and explaining different types of springing in the mattress did not at any time try to pressure sell but very experienced at selling and listening to customers needs which is a rare experience in retailing these days. Having owned my own retailing outlets before retiring, this guy should be a manager was so impressed by his knowledge of mattreses that ended up spending twice as much as I had intended to without any pressure from jonathan or my wife. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience from somebody who hates shopping. would defienetly recommend this store and jonathan to other people
