Good customer service.

Staff assisted us professionally without pressing us. We were able to take as long as we needed to make our selection. Received helpful answers to our product and pricing questions.

Cathryn (Dreams colleague) approached us on arrival. Answered all of our questions, asked if we would like a cup of tea/coffee (declined) and then left us (asking us to beckon her if we needed any further assistance) to look at the products we were interested in. On her return we finalized our choice of bed and base (with professional input from Cathryn) and proceeded to choose a headboard. Again with Cathryn's input we choose our headboard and completed the formalities in good time. We accepted the second offer of a cup of tea (very nice) and I was very pleased with the experience (for someone who does not like shopping one little bit) We're now looking forward to the delivery on 8 February 2017.

We were very impressed with Jackie who served us he explained everything fully and even gave hubby a cup of tea also gave me pillows to get the full effect and patiently did measurements for me
