From the moment that we entered the shop we were asked if we could be assisted. The salesman was informative, patient , knowledgeable and NOT pushy. The purchase was completed and a delivery date agreed without hassle or time wasting and we left the shop satisfied.

Cathryn, the sales assistant was most helpful and explained the answers to my questions in a very professional and clear way. She was very helpful but not in a pushy way as that would of put me off. The store itself was spotless and there was plenty of room to move about among the beds. A very pleasant visit.

We were served by Cathryn at Dreams in Bedford whose product knowledge and friendly approach helped us to make the correct decision. We did not feel pressured to do so at any time and Cathryn's attention to detail confirmed that attention to the care of the customer was upermost at each stage of the ordering process.
