Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all.

We had seen a bed online for our 3 year old moving from his toddler bed and wanted to see it in store and feel the comfort of the matress. We were asked if we needed help and were directed straight away to the product in store and our questions answered. The sales assistant then went away (as I like) whilst we made a decision on purchase. We then met the Jonathan at the till and purchased quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful and we got to select 25th as delivery. Very quick!! Thank you.

Tilly was friendly, informative and really listened to what I wanted. She gave me options and was patient whilst I tried out the mattresses a few times before finding the right one.

Friendly service by knowledgeable assistant

I felt the approach was much more informal than had been experienced in other stores (in a good way), and the sales person took time to understand our needs, and was very quick to match pillows so we could try all the beds with pillows we liked. We were offered refreshments and moving of matresses to different beds, and given what I felt was a much more in depth insight into the world of beds. We still are not sure we bought the right matress... we just know we felt happier buying it from this particular person and that is frankly the single biggest reason you got the sale over another Company

I'm highly satisfied because I was looking for mattresses and beds frames for my kids and I've found both in 1 store. Is resealable prices too. So can't ask for anything more.

The sales assistant was very professional and answered any questions we asked to a high degree. The lady gave us plenty of time to look around the shop without putting too much pressure on us to buy. We enjoyed our experience shopping for the item we bought.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs so could recommend what would suit us. We tried several beds until we found one that was comfortable.
