Friendly helpful staff whilst having 2 kids with me. Offered advice Quick delivery time Delivery guys were clean and tidy put covers on shoes when entering home.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and attentive, without being pushy, which we appreciated.

We were not pressurised by salespersons when we entered the store.After looking around we asked for advice on the mattresses and the salesman was very knowledgeable in helping us with our choice.

The Sales assistant was brilliant, he wasnt too pushy and made us laugh. He seemed to really know what he was talking about and could give us information quickly on the products we were looking for. He explained things really well and the lay out of the store. He gave us space when we needed it to have a think about what we wanted. He was more than happy to get the prices for all the different options we were looking for. He was always smiling and seemed really confident in what he was doing. Whilst we were placing our order he was really funny and made the whole experience really comfortable.

The Sales assistant (Jonathan) was very polite and attentive tom my needs, also took on board my back issues and showed me what he thought would be the best mattress for me. There was no pressure into buying the most expensive mattress in the end it was my decision, knowing I had the 40 nights guarantee which help me make my choice knowing I could return if not suitable.

Staff helpful but also allowed time for us to browse independently. Liked to colour coding on items high made it easy to understand differences between mattresses.

Very friendly and helpful assistant (Cathryn). Gave good advice and she knew her products. She made us feel very comfortable and gave us all the options and where there was best value for money on mattresses. Also like the way she explained the finance options available to us.

I found the colour code system for choosing the correct bed very helpful and Mark the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and there was no pressure we were able to look around at our own leisure.

Went there to have a look and cathryn the lady who worked there was lovely .spent the time showing and making sure we picked the right bed and didn't pressure us to buying anything which was nice .didn't feel pressured . 😊😊😊😊
