Good price and very efficient staff

Bought a mattress in Dec 2015 and within 3 months it was faulty. Got a replacement mattress (the same) and this was faulty within a year. To arrange the assessment of the mattress was very prompt. Lots of visits to the store & Cathryn very patiently dealt with us. As we are deaf & struggle on the phone Cathryn was so helpful in making the phone calls on our behalf & advising us accordingly. Lots of communication via emails (Max Fox) who was not understanding, with regards to all the inconvenience & pain this has caused us, & would not even offer a gesture of goodwill. Went into the store this evening & Cathryn rang customer services again for us, & managed to organise a settlement that we were happy to accept. Cathryn has been brilliant every tine we went to the store. She is very understanding & patient & deaf aware, which is reassuring when this is already a stressful situation to be in. She is a credit to your team. Please can you share this with her?
