Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured and really felt like our needs had been fully understood. Pricing, additional options and delivery was all clearly explained.

james met us at the door as we had booked an appointment. he explained all the covid measures, asked us what we were looking for. He then took us to the bed that measures you and explained that. He was friendly and informative throughout the process

Member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. My mum was satisfied and the member of staff put my mum at ease. Product knowledge and understanding what my mum wanted and needed was excellent.

Tilly was extremely helpful, and catered to my needs. As I suffer with social anxiety experiences like these can feel exhausting, but she was patient and understanding in helping me choose the perfect bed. My bed is due to arrive in two weeks time and I could not be happier. Thank you

Cathryn really new all about the products , as we did not know what we wanted , she was very friendly. , and helpful The shop was easy to get around and have a look at every thing , I’ve told my son to go there ,

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was great, there was a variety of beds to pick from and Cathryn explained to us very nicely about mattress'. Overall I would give the service a 9.6 out of 10!

GOOD STAFF AND FRIENDY

Customer service by cathy was spot on. very informative, knowledgable and approachable. took time to help me and my pregenant wife choose the right product and went through all the differing levels of price in the matresses we were looking for.

Mo was very helpful with us (my elderly mum was buying the bed). He was very busy with several customers but great, helpful, friendly service
