Sales advisor checked in with me then allowed me to browse without pressure and was readily available when needed . Gave good advice and support, was polite and friendly.

This was my first experience with Dreams and wes pleasetly surprised in which my questions were dealt with by a truly profesioal sales lady good enough for me to place my order. Delivery was agreed and on the morning of the scheduled I received a phone call advising the approximate time the product should arrive with me, and infact it was 30 minutes early Thank you to all Dreams staff for a trouble free experiencGerry Shlley Bedford

Went in the shop with a specific need. Was greeted immediately and shown to the exact item I needed - he wrote the details on a card for me to take away. I left the shop and returned the following day. Again I was attended to very quickly and recognised by the previous day's assistant. My purchase was made very quickly and efficiently by very friendly staff indeed.

Nice to deal with, very fast and efficient service which I required. Even got a coffee. Good advice also. Would use again.

The service was really good. I didn't have to wait at all. The options were explained really clearly and advise given but not in any way pushy. A really helpful service and a lovely product advice was also given about bedding and they even carried out the mattress to the car for me.

Staff very helpful. We visited twice before making a decision. Staff gave just the right amount of time and information balanced with leaving us time to browse and decide.
