Dreams - Bedford

We visited this store at least 3 times in the last few months because we were moving to a new property, we wanted to make sure that the bed would be the right size for the room. The sales staff were very helpful, they measured every bed that we looked at, then we decided that we needed a bed with storage, again they were very helpful to make sure that the storage was right for us. After about an hour we found the bed for us. I would like to thank the staff at Dreams for being so helpful.

The store was very clean and tidy, and well laid out, Russell the sales guy was very helpful and made our purchase very easy, he explained the right mattress for our needs. I will definitely be back to purchase another mattress for our little boy later in the year. Thank you for the coffee and biscuits! Once again many thanks!

Got what I went for. Very friendly member of staff who assisted me without being overly 'pushy'. Felt she was genuinely interested in my needs and wasn't just 'chasing the sale'. Gave me all the info I needed for the child's beds I was looking at without the pressure of buying now. Ladies name on the card is 'Cathryn' from the bedford interchange for arm branch.

Greeted by friendly assistant. She asked what type of bed/ mattress I was looking for and showed me options in all price ranges. To assist with selection she provided pillows. I was offered a tea or coffee during my selection. Overall was made to feel relaxed and the procedure for purchasing my new mattress was straightforward.

All the options I was interested in were available to consider. All our questions were answered and additional advice were given which was really helpful. Really friendly and helpful staff - fantastic to get a good service!
