JACK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH MY REQUIREMENTS AND CHANGES IN MY ORDER. BEARING IN MIND I WAS ORDERING A FEW THINGS HE ALSO SHOWED ME VARIOUS BEDS AND MATTRESSES ACCORDING TO THE PRICE RANGE I WAS AFTER.

The salesman was very friendly and professional; not pushy but very helpful

Tilly went out of her way to show me all the possibilities and combinations possible for what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy and gave me time to consider for myself what I thought worked for me best. She worked out the financial outlay for me and talked me through how everything worked with deciding to pay some of the outlay by direct debit. I am quite old and find making decisions quite stressful, so again Tilly was very helpful and patient with me. Thank you Tilly!

Russell spent a long while understand our needs and suggested products that fitted them. He was very patient while we tried out new beds and pillows and spent a long while talking over headboards and colours.

Assistant was very helpful because we did not really know what type of bed to choose. They gave impartial advice and helped us decide. Store was nice an clean and the pillows and feet protectors we clean. During the bed test we were left alone which helped to get the feel of a bed. Ordering process was simple and we were even offered a cup of tea! Well done Team.

Attitude of staff member who dealt with us, apologised on approaching us that she had not been able to attend to us earlier as colleague was engaged with other customers and she had been dealing with a telephone enquiry. Knowledge of products on offer and matching them to our requirements was very good.

Good knowledge, the people are respectful but also have good interaction skills and nice to deal with.

Was greeted by a friendly sales rep, who was not pushy and gave the opportunity for us to state our needs and not be told what we should have. The sales rep, seemed very knowledgable and helpful.
