Russell was very honest, friendly and attentive. The Store manager and another colleague also provided assistance in our purchase and were also very friendly and helpful!

I explained the type of bed and mattress I was looking forward to the member of staff. I was given time to look around and the staff member answered my questions confidently and clearly. My options of mattress where explained and how long the delivery will take. I was very pleased

We have both, Milton Keynes and Bedford stores whilst researching our purchase. Even though the Bedford store did not have the bed we wished to purchase in store we returned there to order as we had found staff member Jonathon so helpful and friendly as opposed to various other team members in MK store. We got chatting to Mark at Bedford while waiting for Jonathon as he was with customers on our second visit, and he was equally helpful and we were very impressed when he backed off to allow us to wait for Jonathonto place our order. It soon became apparent that we would be waiting a considerable while so Mark offered to get the paperwork sorted whilst still allowing the other member of staff 'the deal' which we found really honourable. In both visits to your Bedford store the staff have gone above and beyond in customer service which we appreciate. The disinterest in discussing our options by staff in Milton Keynes lead to us walking away on a day when we had gone in to make a purchase, but we're glad now that it did as we were able to avail ourselves of some Bank Holiday savings - and far better customer service.

We were approached by Cathryn almost immediately as we entered the store and offered assistance. We already had an idea of the mattresses we wanted to look at but Cathryn listened to what we were looking for and made a very good alternative suggestion. Cathryn's product knowledge was excellent and she was very enthusiastic and polite. We found everything we needed and purchased the mattress, headboard (which I wasn't looking for) and pillow there and then. Cathryn was very patient and good with my children and we we completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Overall we had a very good experience and would have no hesitation returning to the store and to Cathryn. Let's hope the bed is half as good!

The lady who served me was very good. I fetl she knew what she was talking about, was very informative, helpful and friendly all without being pushy.

I recieved great communication and help when choosing my bed, the member of staff Nina was so helpful regarding my choice of mattress her knowledge was very useful and helped me into deciding the right mattress for my needs, in fact she excelled her self polite friendly and easy to talk to and also had some fun, I chose a tempur cloud and am looking forward to hopefully having the best nights sleep many thanks Nina x
