The sales assistant (Tilly) was easily on hand to answer questions, but not pushy. She had an open friendly manner

Sales assistant 'Nina' was vey efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She was very helpful and an asset to your company. Only downside was the cost of you disposing of our old bed, I think if you spend over a thousand pounds this should be free.

Being able to lie on the beds and feel the quality and comfort made my choice much easier .as we had a certain bed in mind we were shown and tried several in different price ranges before we arrived at our choice with the help of your assistant .

Jack was great. He kept in contact with us to answer any question s we had but also gave us time to explore the store to find what we were looking for.

Excellent customer service from a representative who was honest, genuine and helpful.

On entry Dreams the greeting we got from Jack (sales) was so welcoming. His knowledge about the beds and mattress was excellent. He left us to look around and try the beds and appeared just at the right moment if we had a query or a question. We could not have got a better customer experience. Jack should be commended for this.

Sales person met us at the door told her what we wanted she took us and showed different things explained everything we were able to try to help bed and pillows we went from going for a mattress to buying a complete bed

The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and provided many options and technical assistance.

Tilly had a really balanced sales technique that didn't make me feel pressured into making a sale. I went in with a budget of £500 and left having spent £2302. I've always said that I'm happy to spend more if it's worth the value and my overall experience at the dreams store in Bedford made me feel this way. I even popped in next door to Harvey's Benson Beds where I was disappointed with the hard sell customer service that was delivered which was why I returned to make a purchase from Tilly. Manager Russel was also very kind and offered a 5% discount which allowed me to buy tempur pillows cases and the mattress protector. Thanks again to the great team.

staff friendly ,listened to our questions and answered them all with good knowledge of the beds i looked at ,and very pleased with the whole experience.
