Rushed in store to screen mattress for my children before store closing . I think only one member staff in the store but the service is great , good personal skill and product knowledge. He has great conversation skills, very assurance and convincing, also great gesture to offer us some mineral water. Eventually got me hooked on to buy two single mattresses and two tempur pillows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A sales assistant was immediately available to assist us with the purchase of a single bed for a spare room. Very professional and informative. Having decided on the bed we wanted completion of the order was very efficiently carried out. Delivery offered was much earlier than we expected which was a nice surprise. All Covid precautions were met with hand sanitisers available immediately upon entry to the store. Overall a very satisfactory experience and all praise for the sales assistant.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel welcome. Jack was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the products. We were very impressed with the Covid safety measures that were in place as well. Plenty of hand gel and use of spray and paper. Very pleased at how quickly we will be receiving our mattress. Will definitely be using Dreams again and will recommend to family and friends.
