I got dedicated service from the store manager who took the time to understand what i wanted and delivered that, not something i feel that needed selling. Excellent service and i will return in the near future. Thanks Alex

I went looking for a particular mattress, but on talking to the salesman then realised it wasn't suitable, so he recommended a different one, I went back a few days later to place the order, he was very pleasant and helpful on both occasions.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome, making for a really pleasant shopping experience. Buying a mattress is obviously a time consuming thing you have to know the one you buy is going to be right for you, knowing Dreams offer you the forty night exchange is a good thing for most people but for us having to have an adjustable one we only have two choices the one we have chosen (Westwood) or the Tempur which we both found to be uncomfortable for us, so we are going to have to make sure we are happy with our purchase which I'm sure we will be as we were able to take our time on trying it out there was no rushing from your staff which was much appreciated, our thanks to them for this, we were also offered tea or coffee which was nice.

The sales advisor Russell was superb, he could not have been more helpful. He clearly has an in depth knowledge of the products and he was able to answer all the questions that we had. He is a valuable asset to Dreams. Thank you.

Jack introduced himself immediately and asked us what we were looking for. He explained the differences between the mattresses which was incredibly helpful as we did not really know what we were looking for. He supplied us with pillows and encouraged us to try out the beds. He left us to sample them which gave us time to try in comfort. Despite being the end of the day, Jack did not rush us but advised us throughout. Jack was professional but friendly and I'd definitely buy from Dreams/Jack again. Top marks all round!! Thank you
