Jonathon was very friendly and helpful and it wasn't awkward. I had my receipt from a purchase in 2011 and he helped me choose a similar mattress for my needs. He wasn't pushy and let me try a few before I chose the one I wanted. Excellent and stress free.

We went to Dreams in Kempston Bedfordshire and was looked after by Cathryn, she was a fantastic member of staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about our purchase. We came away feeling super satisfied with the items we choose and cant wait to receive them.

We arrived at the store and were not sure where to start looking. I was looking for a bed for my 14 year old daughter. Mark saw us looking rather puzzled and assisted us in finding a great bed that was not over expensive. His knowledge of the products was exceptional, right down to a pillow I bought from Dreams 14 years ago that I still have and wanted to replace. He showed me a very similar pillow and I bought it. And he was totally correct, I have now thrown away the previous pillow that I have not been able to part with and am very happy with my new purchase. Overall very satisfied with the service. We will be returning!

The sales person treated us very well his knowledge of the product was second to none so valuable To get this information .most places I've been to the sales people generally read from a book or pamflet But was all information that Jonathon had from his knowledge and experience.i will not bother to go else where when I get this sort of satisfaction

I walked into the store and was greeted by Mark the store manger who was very friendly and did not just pouch on me. Mark let me look around for a minute before asking very nicely if he could help, he found out exactly what in needed and help me look around before I made me decision, the price of my item was very good.
