Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy which was a breath of fresh air .

Cathryn, our assistant, was exceptionally helpful. She checked if we knew what we were doing, listened to us as we told her that we had no idea how to pick a bed. She gave us some general pointers then let us try some products. When she returned to ask us again we were able to give her more specific requirements and she then was able to point us at a number of products that more closely suited what we wanted. She listened to what we thought at each stage and guided us towards products that suited our needs. She then heard us talking about being warm sleepers and suggested a thermal pillow that seemed to be an excellent addition. Overall Cathryn made us sure that we had found the product in the store most suited to our needs.

Your two sales staff Russell & Mark were very helpful and found us the mattress that we needed. Carried mattress out to car for us.

The first place we visited at Kempston Retail Park Benson Beds the first salesman was really nice then a pompous twit came and tried to take over and push, push, we left!! Next door is Dreams the whole attitude was completely different we wandered round comparing beds etc before we were approached, we explained to Jonathon what we wanted and he came up with various suggestion just what we wanted. As we are having a holiday while the fitted wardrobes are fitted there was a small problem with delivery, after he spoke to his manager the issue was resolved and look forward to delivery. Our impression of all the staff was very good and enjoyed chatting while Jonathon made the transaction, a platinum star to everyone at Kempston, a really nice shopping experience if only other shops followed.

High quality informed staff, who had a friendly smile and were chatty without being pushy. Very informative about products and recommendations about the right product that you wanted and not just with what was selling for a higher value. I liked the staff and the attitude. I within my industry am always looking for good sales staff and would look to employ this staff member. I wont do this as I like dealing with him and will go back and purchase again from this store.

Jonathan and Mark both provided detailed information of mattresses suitable to mine and my husbands requirements. We steadily narrowed the choice from 6 to 2 to 1. Both their professionalism, thorough knowledge of the brands and genuine wish to help provided us with the means to make the investment. With the service we received there was no doubt we would make a purchase in store.
