We w'ere not harrassed by the sales people, we w'ere asked if we required any help on arrival Any questions we had w'ere answered and once we found the bed etc. we w'ere dealt with professionally by the sales lady, who was very friendly and knowledgeable In fact probably the reason we would recommend Dreams

The store was easy to navigate and there was plenty of choice no matter the budget we had. I was really impressed with Cathryn who was never pushy in her sales technique and was happy to explain all the options. I was really pleased we were allowed free delivery-that sealed the deal

We went in uncertain of what we wanted and were offered help and advice, and then given opportunity to have a wonder and try out all the products, once we had a better idea of what we were after, we asked for help again and were advised and supported. All staff were friendly towards us and the store was clean and tidy with plenty of products on the floor to look at and try out.
