The quality of the furniture is great and I thought the overall experience in store was brilliant. Staff was immediately available for us and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe the staff member who served us was Jonathan. He really is a credit to your company!

We were served by Tilly at your Bedford interchange store. Tilly was highly professional, friendly and very accommodating with our questions. She had exceptional knowledge of the products and went out of her way to help us make our purchase to a satisfactory outcome. Very pleased with her excellent customer service and assistance in helping out chose the right product.

All the staff I dealt with were fantastic. They were knowledgeable about the products and spent time with me so I understood the products. They also never pressured me in any way - allowing me time to go away and reflect on my purchase. This actually encouraged me to return later in the day and complete the purchase. This is important when you are spending a large amount of money on a purchase. I dislike it when you feel harassed or pressured in a shop and the staff in the shop I used actually made sure I came back because of their approach.

When we are browsing in a store, we like to be left alone to spend time just looking for the perfect item. This happened in Dreams. We noticed there were a few assistants 'waiting in the wings' and when we were ready, a really nice guy called Russell appeared and we were then able to ask any questions we had.

On initial visit to the store The staff members acknowledged me and left me to browse, which was appreciated. When I needed advice the staff were ready to assist and were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the beds and mattresses. Cathryn was very helpful when it came to choosing the right bed for our needs. No high pressure selling influenced me into returning to the store the next day with my husband to choose our new bed frame and mattress.

Ironically I almost went to Benson's because earlier this week I went to Dreams Peterborough store and I was the only customer in the store at the time. I walked round the complete store and was ignored totally by three staff who gathered at the reception desk discussing a holiday one of them had recently booked. At one point I was a few metres from the staff but perhaps I was invisible? Today I called in Bedford store which was a complete contrast with Russell providing Model levels of customer care and attention. Obviously very experienced with excellent knowledge of the products he was dealing with. I explained my requirements and budget available and he responded by taking me to a mattress that fitted my needs spot on.I duly purchased the item which is due for delivery in about 10 days time. Well done to Russell.

Your Dreams colleague Jack was most helpful, from my arrival in store until I left. He was very knowledgeable of the store, as was immediately able to direct me to the several items I was particularly looking for. Every detail I enquired about the products, he was able to answer all of my questions with extreme knowledge and helpfulness. The other staff members were also very helpful of any questions asked that I may have also directed to them also. Jack was also very accommodating to my family who were with me on both my visits to the store. I felt very confident when placing my order, with the products I had chosen along with his knowledgeable information given, which really reassured me, that I had made all the correct choices.
