Happy with the advice given and purchased exactly what I came to buy

Staff greeted us on arrival and were there when we needed assistance and were Polite and helpful.

Cathryn was very helpful and thorough and treated us like normal humans (as in no head office speel or over sell). Also didn’t follow us around the store like other stores did.

Staff were very friendly and took as much time with us as we required - especially as I kept changing my mind! Even thoug the store was busier the second day we visited which was to purchase the Beds the staff kept checking on us and offered us tea and coffee.

We were looking for a mattress and the member of staff took the time to understand our needs and budget to help us find the best one her product knowledge was very good

Customer service was fantastic

Did not feel pressured into purchasing any item, staff courteous and friendly. Knowledgeable and answered any questions without hesitation so obviously knew her subject well. Store was clean and tidy and not over cluttered which meant items could be viewed easily.

The member of staff we dealt with was friendly, very knowledgeable of the products and was able to answer all our questions easily and concisely.
