We bought a mattress last year, delighted with it. Decided to buy our bunk beds from the Bedford store. Delighted with purchase, very helpful assistant.

We would never shop anywhere else other than Dreams they are the best for Beds and Mattresses. We bought a Double bed with four drawers underneath as storage is very important to us. I would recommend buying a double bed with storage as you never know when you might find that you need space. Dreams have such lovely friendly staff who are so helpful.

Great Black Friday deal and was what I was looking for quality and comfort

Friendly assistant approached me shortly after I started looking at headboard. She went to the computer to find out if other colours were available - they were. The delivery date was close though I had to pay extra not to have to wait in all day - not so pleased with that. The purchase took a little time but went through smoothly.

Given time to look at products and not pestered by staff. Good help when required
