Lovely friendly service from Tilly, we ended up buying more than we originally went in for but totally happy with our purchases. She was very patient and had good knowledge of all the products. Great service!

The staff gave lots information which allowed us to make an informed decision on our purchase. We liked the way the products were colour coded so we did not waste time looking for what we needed. Good prices what was not to like. Russell was great and knew his stuff.

a member of staff came over to greet us when we arrived.Told her our requirements and she was able to show us several items which fitted our needs.She was extremely knowledgeable on the product lines without being over pushy.Very satisfied.

We came in about 3 weeks ago to look around Friendly and the advisor (James?) was very knowledgeable about the products. Professional and fair service -was advised to wait until the sale to get the mattress (went to other shops and were pushed to make a decision there and then and that did not suit us) Came back to purchase the mattress today. Cathryn was friendly and did all she could to assist in the purchase despite the system acting up.
