Jonathon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he showed us all the options available to us and made us feel welcome in the store, he also gave us plenty of time to think about what we wanted. All of the staff were very friendly.

The shop was laid out very well. There were plenty of beds set out to chose from and enough room to wander about with ease. After a few minutes someone came to ask if we needed any assistance and when told what we were looking for showed us where to find the beds we needed to see. They were colour coded by the pillows which was very helpful. We were left to look at our own pace and I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the experience. When we had decided Jonathan approached us and gave us extra information to enable us to make our final decision. We then went to pay for the bed and decide on the time for it to be delivered. Everything ran smoothly and I left feeling very glad that something that I thought would be difficult would turn out so easy.

We went to the store on the Bedford Retail Park and dealt with Mark. Mark offered his assistance almost as soon as we had walked into the store. We initially told him we were just looking and he gave us space to look around. Eventually we came to a bed which we liked and he could see we needed assistance. He explained all available options including mixing the mattress, base and headboard into a selection that I liked. He also explained about the 31 day guarantee. He priced up two options for me and gave me delivery times. During purchasing he went through delivery options as gave me reassurance that Dreams would be able to help me as I am in the process of buying a flat but am unsure of moving date. He also offered the 8 year cover and explained what that actually covered. Plus it was helpful getting the mattress protector! Mark was very helpful and made the process easier than I thought it would be.

The member of staff at the Bedford store on Saturday 6th Jan, was extremely helpful and informative. We were looking for a mid sleeper cabin bed for our son and he showed us all of the ones on display, talked us through their details and explained delivery procedures etc. Would highly recommend.

The sales assistant was friendly and understood what i wanted and gave me as much time as i needed to make my selection. I could have purchased a similar bed cheaper at your competitor, next door, but like the service i received so purchased the more expensive option from dreams.
