Dreams - Bedford

Cathryn's attention to detail and assistance with finding something that fitted our budget was exemplary, we were put under no obligation or pressure to buy anything after she had spent time running through the options with us but we felt more than happy to proceed with an order based on the service received and the quality of mattress that we found.

The Staff were really helpful without being overbearing. The colour coding of mattresses is great makes it very easy to compare options and make an informed decision, about the best mattress for us. Everything was also clearly labeled and set out so it was straightforward to follow through on type and firmness.

I went to several bed shops and did a lot of looking on line. The staff in the store on the Bedford Retail Park were outstanding, particularly Catherine and the store manager. they were knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional and it was entirely down to the service that I made by decision to buy at Dreams.

The Manager at Dreams in the Elstow Retail Park Bedford was especially helpful. We visited numerous bed shops before deciding on Dreams and the main reason we chose Dreams was because of the Managers helpful attitude without being pushy.I think his name is Mike.

The assistant Russell ensured that we were satisfied with all information during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble - he even cut short his lunch break to serve us. He provided us with two quotes after we changed our minds following our first visit to the store.

As I am a stroke victim Johnathon was very helpfull and understanding I had stood to long so he wrote all the information down for me and I took it home and discussed it with my husband i then telephoned and done the transaction with Johnathon he was most helpful Many thanks Diana Taylor

I was allowed to view beds and then approached by a colleague who was able to listen and give relevant advice with regards to my requirements.

The assistant that served me was very knowledgable and friendly.

I was very happy with the product that i bought. The assistant Jonathon was exellent and helped us with our choice. Getting us to try the mattresses out and being honest about the price. The delivery time is for next week which is very good and convenient.
