Very help full staff and friendly. nothing seemed too much effort.

Cathryn came over pretty much straightaway and was very friendly from the start. She sad the kids down at a table to do some colouring so we could try out some mattresses in peace. She knew her stuff! We felt happy that we made the right choice in our selection with the help of Cathryn. She even gave us free delivery

From the moment my partner and I stepped through the door we were welcomed with a warm friendly smile. This was our first time buying a mattress and had no idea what we were looking for. Jonathan came over and explained each different type of mattress and then left us alone to try them all. He approached us after and asked if we had decided on one. We explained we would head next door to benson for beds to have a look, in which he was very understanding. Moments later we returned and decided on a mattress from dreams. The ordering process was very quick and he also helped us out with our queries about mattress protectors. Fab service, very genuine, and put our mattress buying at ease!

Johnathan was the guy who dealt with our purchase. From the offset he politely welcomed us to the store and offered his assistance when we required it. We browsed the store with ease with no one following us around, what I mean is the sales person that practically makes you feel uncomfortable 😣 while you are browsing and discussing the products with your spouse/partner and the dreaded sales person eavesdropping your conversation switches you off and you end up walking out of the store. This was not the case here, we made the right purchase with professional help and advise from Johnathan, he offered coffee, explained everything in detail very clearly. Exceptional attention to detail, it was a pleasure to deal with this branch. (Validation code: 179). For the record, we actually went into Harvey's furniture store right next door first off, but left because of the constant fussing of the staff in the store.

It is now rare to be greeted by a friendly face when entering a store and looking to make a purchase. The member of staff - Jonathon - had a very sound knowledge of the products and ensured that we were at all times well cared for.

We were served very quickly - no hanging around waiting. The salesman was so helpful. He steered us towards a similar product when the one we liked was too expensive. He wasn’t pushy which made us more inclined to purchase the insurance that he offered. He gave us his name & told us to contact him if we had any questions regarding our purchase or were concerned about the delivery. A great experience in all & we came away very happy.
