Cathryn was lovely and spent time discussing our needs and helping us make a choice. It's a big decision to make when choosing a mattress and I didn't feel pressurized at all. We're intending to buy another mattress soon and will be back to see her.

Excellent customer service from Tilly at the Bedford store. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile and without being pushy gave us the information and advice we needed.
