we had a great time with your staff at dreams Russell was our salesperson he and the store manager was a pleasure to deal with they showed us all the different types of beds etc thank you to you all at the dreams store in the interchange store in bedford

Tilly, the sales person was knowledgeable without being pushy. Just hope we are satisfied with the mattress we chose as one does not really know until it has been used a few times. With this in mind, it is nice to know it can be exchanged once, if we are not happy. I hope we are happy with the product when it arrives!

Tilly was superb; she took time to fully explain the differences between products and made sure that we came to the right decision in our own time. There wasn’t a single question she was unable to answer. A real credit to Dreams and the Bedford store! Go Tilly!!!

I consider that Mark was very good in as much as he guided us to the pproducts having given us points to ponder and then he left us alone until he could see that we had made up our minds. He didn’t hang about us giving us good time to consider his suggestions.

I actually enjoyed looking at dreams selection of beds which seems to cater for all requirements that most customers like me appreciate. We were assisted in a most helpful way which felt like we were actually being helped and not being pushed into anything. Came away with a job well done feeling and delighted in our order.
