Dreams - Bedford

The store was being refurbished, repainted...workmen everywhere. I nearly walked out, but the assistant was swift and made it easy to try out the beds. I was also offered tea, but was more than happy with the jug of customer water.

The store assistants were very helpful. The thing I appreciated most was that there was never a time when I felt I was being pressured into buying something.

Specifically Cathryn from kempston retail park store was very helpful and friendly. I feel I was not ripped off or sold something I didn’t want/need. She was. Very informative on all the products

Jack, the sales assistant explained very easily the different types of beds and price ranges, helping me zero in on that most suitable for my requirements. Once I'd decided upon the bed to purchase he made the process as painless as he could and we were able to come upon with a delivery plan that worked perfect. It's a change to go into a retail store and find assistants who know their products so well.

Jonathan had lots of patience for me and was very helpful and understanding.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Took time to show and let us test the products we purchased. Went the extra time to carry our heavy pillows to our car.

The manager Mark has an excellent level of experience and his service was second to none, it blew the competition out of the water. He is a credit to Dreams

Our intent was to view and - if suitable - to purchase a 4 feet mattress. The assistant was extremely helpful and we did purchase a suitable mattress. We were taken by the offer to extend the guarantee to 8 years at an extremely low cost and to receive a free mattress cover, so we added this to our purchase.

After undertaking extensive online research we had a good idea of what we were looking for. On arrival at the Bedford Interchange store our chosen bed frame was not in store. However Russell was on hand to quickly identify our bed frame Bond (not James Bond) sadly. Up on screen we were Happy to buy the frame Being returning customers and completely confident on Dreams quality of products. Russell then was able to guide us with a natural charm and knowledge to enable us to confidently choose our new mattress. Completing the sale also was made very enjoyable with delivery, bed insurance cover, mattress protector and payment options carefully explained. My husband who doesn’t like shopping actually was smiling and we left dreams feeling great !!😀😀
