Tilly the sales rep was very informative and knew her beds and mattresses. Highly trained and was very attentive. Well done Tilly we left the Bedford store very impressed.

Dreams colleague Russell was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. nothing was too much trouble and he explained all the different options with confidence making us feel extremely relaxed with our purchase of a mattress.

Russell was fantastic and patient especially with my young daughter who has special needs. Russell made her feel at home and helped her find a mattress she liked that we could afford (which is not easy with a child with sensory problems). We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Your colleague was very helpful he listened to everything I said was polite and sociable and was made a cup of coffee whilst doing the paper.He was able understand my needs and was very able to calfiy in simple terms when asked without hesitation. I was also happy to learn it wouldn't be long before receiving my bed

The assistant had very good knowledge of the product we were looking to purchase and helped us compare different mattresses. The quality of the products were excellent and good value for money.

I approached the desk upon entering as we had looked on line and knew what we might want to buy. Jonathan showed us the bed and then we asked about mattresses, we then choose what one we wanted, listening to his expert advice. We then wanted another mattress for our bed, so Jonathan gave us the run down of the different choices we could make. He then made us a coffee each whilst we tried out the mattresses. We decided on one, so all in all an excellent sales experience. We would use this store again and definitely recommend it to our friends.
