Everything went according to our hopes and expectations.

The adviser was extremely helpful without being pushy. We explained what we were looking for and he discussed all options available within our budget. He gave us time to look and consider our options and didn’t ‘pounce’ on us to try and get a sale.

We didn’t actually intend to buy anything we were just going to have a look because we had been looking on line for some time. However, the assistance and experience of the employee who served us gave us faith to purchase the item and further items we required. We were overwhelmed by how quick the whole process was and the speed that the item could be delivered, very satisfied. We normally buy on line because we are busy and don’t have time to browse the shops but I’m glad we did go into the store on this occasion.

The Man in the shop was extremely helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted and had looked next door in Benson for Beds, but when we got in to dreams we were shown a variety of items which may suit our needs. The gentleman also took us to see additional items on the computer which were not stocked on the shop floor we found this most helpful in making up our mind. Well done dreams.

Me, my wife and 8 month old went into the store with no idea what kind of mattress we needed. Russell was kind, and very welcoming. He even said hello to are son, selecting a mattress was made much simpler with his help. He also helped use pick out a new bed to match.

Good knowledge of product from our salesman Mark,good choice of product.Would have preferred a quicker delivery time but not a major concern.
