The Bedford store assistant, Tilly, was very helpful, very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products we looked at. She showed us various options, left us alone to try out different mattresses and the came back later to see how we were getting on. At no time was there any pressure sales speak and she was very personable. From the experience we had buying out mattress I would definitely recommend the Bedford store.

Staff assistant Russell was helpful, understanding and not pushy (as some sales/store assistants can be). He took time to listen to what I wanted and made sure I found the right products for the right price. Placing an order was easy, all questions and queries were answered. Delivery date was very quick.

From the moment we stepped into store we were treated very well, the staff were kind and spent a lot of time understanding our needs and to ensure we could get something within our budget. We were put in the sleep machine to see what was best for us to make sure that what we brought was suitable and we wouldn’t have the same problems as we have with our current mattress. The gentleman that dealt with us was very knowledgeable in his field and was able to give the pros and cons to any of the mattresses that we tried. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the precautions that the staff took when dealing with customers, the sleep machine was disinfected before we used it and we were given tissue to use over the pillows. Another member of staff accidentally touched the tissue and they asked us if we would like a new piece.I couldn’t praise the gentleman that helped us enough he wasn’t pushy or insistent and made us feel very comfortable and made us feel like he wanted us to get the right product rather than him just landing a sale. The service was exceptional in every possible way.

I was helped by Tilly who was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to understand what I was looking for and helped me chose what I required. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything which was really refreshing. She was helpful when I was unsure whether you would deliver order to first floor and assured me they would. As my order is only to be delivered in 3 weeks, I am hoping this is the reality. I would certainly recommend your company and found the bed mattress indicator machine/report to be very helpful.

The gentleman who served my wife and I was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to find it what we were looking for and gave advice appropriately.
