My son and I went in looking for a new bed for him but not knowing what we were actually looking for mattress wise but had an idea as to what kind of bed frame he was looking for. We found the frame quite quickly and Cathryn was very helpful with finding the right matress for him.

staff were friendly an helpful but not overly pushy. very hot in store and uncomfortable due to the hot weather. staff suffering too. could do with air conditioning.

We were not badgered or hounded by the sales team but were given in-depth assistance when needed, Russell was very knowledgable of his products and friendly through-out the experience. He advised us but allowed us to make our own decisions, it was nice not to be pitched a hard sell. He was helpful and knowledgable whilst explaining the finance options and assisting us in reading through the terms and conditions - having never bought anything via finance before this was comforting and very helpful.
