We came in and were instantly greeted by the staff who talked to us about how the colours of each mattress works. He gave us space as we chose and then swiftly helped us order with a polite attitude.

Customer service was excellent. Choice of mattresses was great. We felt we were able to take as much time as we needed to find the perfect mattress.

After being let down deadfully by benson for beds. We visited the bedford store late on Wednesday. As soon as we walk in Mark asked us if he could help, after informing him of our problem he suggest we took the slept match test,which I can highly recommend, once that was completed it helps us choose the right mattress. Mark had a fantastic knowledge of the products in store and helped us choose the divan base and the bedroom furniture we needed.

Tilly was fantastic, she listened and understood what we were looking for on the 1st visit. the reason we bought was because of the service she provided otherwise we did look elsewhere. Just a quick mention for the manager of the store we rang before we came in for the 2nd visit and he checked if the bed was available and also check if tilly was available. really happy

There was not sufficient staff in the store, we had to wait quite some time to be served. Some people could lose patience and leave. However the staff helped us as soon as they were able.

The lady serving us was very friendly and happy, she listened and encouraged us to try many options. The shop is clean, specious and bright. The quantity of items on sale is great.

The product knowledge of the staff was fantastic. Got to try many mattress and was explained the difference of each one. The was not lots of pressure to buy which I found very comforting.

The store was open and clean. Very well laid out. he adviser (James - Bedford retail park) was very helpful and introduced himself straight away. He quickly gauged what we were looking for and recommended that we use the posture scanner that looked at how we sleep. This quickly narrowed down our choices of mattresses, this was particularly helpful as it was our first time shopping for a bed. James allowed us to browse the recommended mattress at our leisure but was on hand to answer any questions. We were given pillows to test the mattress which was helpful. Payment was quick and hassle free. We were offered water twice, once when we were using the scanner and the second time when paying. James clearly explained our payment plan, contract and product and upsold us pillows and the higher quality mattress cover. He was very clear and welcoming. Very enjoyable experience and was glad I didn't go elsewhere!

Friendly and helpful staff member

Knowledgeable helpful assistant who wasn't too pushy. This contrasts with my visit to the Stevenage store where the assistant was not interested & very quickly found a reason not to sell me a product. If she had qualified my requirement properly like the Bedford branch assistant she would have realised it was very straight forward
