We were very impressed with Mark at Bedford store, he was knowledgable and helpful but not pushy, he gave us time to test the mattresses and left us to deliberate with no pressure or hard sell. He was very professionally even when colleagues tried to interrupt whilst in the middle of the paperwork,he made it quite clear he was busy and gave us his full attention, a very professional salesman and one we would approach again and a name we would recommend to Freinds to ask for if they went into the store. Thoroughly happy with the time Mark took with us.

when asked about information regarding mattresses -responses quick directing us to the selection to suit our needs, offering us an analysis -with an outcome of blended recommendations all very good pointing out savings due to bank holiday weekend and prices after the event.we wanted to think about our options and if required would come on the Monday. We were informed due to bank holiday,we may have to wait a little longer to be served as busy time.(which we did)but were aware of this(so nothing we didnt know) we also bought a cool pillow was told would have a second pillow talk experience to fill out on line-Never recieved generally very pleased with our buying experience many thanks

Cathryn our sales advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was down to earth and not at all pushy, wasn't trying to get us to spend more than we had! She made sure we had the best available deal and understood all of the options available to us. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed into making a purchase. Overall I would highly recommend our Dreams experience and can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

Good price and good professionalism from the salesman, he didn’t chase us round the store bombarding us with facts and the hard sell, he just let us get on with it then helped us when we required it. Good price and fast delivery time.

Very informative friendly sales assistant who went at my pace and allowed me to make the right choice for me. Several products shown but highest priced product was not pushed, rather than best product for my needs.

The sleep machine gave us a good idea on the correct mattress for us

Very helpful then gave me time to make my choice. I felt comfortable and not rushed or pushed into making a choice. Even changed my mind at the last minute but this was not a problem.
