Dreams - Bedford

I first visited the store with my husband on the Saturday, I was looking for a bed which would meet my needs, however with so beds on offer I didn't know where to start. Cathryn was very helpful, she popped over and without being pushy was able to direct me to suitable mattresses to try. Cathryn clearly knew about the product and was able to support us through trying different beds and answered our questions. Cathryn also knew when to leave us to discuss in private. We came back on Sunday just to be sure about our choice, firstly a colleague came over, then Cathryn. Both were very friendly and spent as much time as was needed, we did not feel rushed or pushed but advised. Based on their customer service and the lovely product I felt happy to buy. If the customer service was not right I would not have purchased. Cathryn also suggested the right mattress protector, I also bought a quilt.

When we first arrived at Dreams we did not really understand our own requirements and we were only intending to purchase a mattress. The sales person, James, put us on a machine that analysed our requirements and, based on the machine's output, he recommended we tried a number of mattresses. He then, with no pressure, gave us a quotation for the mttress of our choice which we said we would consider. The next day we went to place the order and, based upon the excellent work by james, we decided to buy the base as well. James wasn't in the next day, but his manger (maybe Richard?), completed the transaction adding good value to our purchase experience.

Mark at the Kempston store was helpful throughout the time we were in the store. The mattress assessment device was also very good. We had not intended to make a purchase today, just browse, but his obvious knowledge and experience persuaded us otherwise.

James who helped us match our desired mattress and bed was very friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. Not at all pushy and great all round. The mattress is so comfy and the bed we chose stylish and functional.

Lovely staff helped me to find the right matress and pillow for me personally.

THE SALES PERSON WAS NEVER PUSHY NOR WENT FOR THE DEAREST BED TO MAKE MORE MONEY, VERY HELPFUL WITH PLENTY OF TIME FOR US.

Mark was really helpful and ask lots of questions to establish what we needed and gave us plenty of options and explained them all well

I was dealt with by Mark and he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and I trusted his advice. The price seemed reasonable (I compared it with Benson's next door), and I was impressed by Mark's professionalism.
