Given time to test various mattresses, given relevant information, not overpowering. Drinks offered and a speedy conclusion without excessive paperwork.

Tilly was very professional, friendly and spent time with me trying the beds. Tilly recommended I try the " test bed machine that scanned my sleeping style and then recommended list to try". That really helped me focus on a few beds rather than trying lots of them. Tilly gave me plenty of time to try the selection and was not fine when I asked to try two twice to double check my final choice. After my choice was made I was offered water, ( it was a very warm morning) and I gratefully accepted as we completed the paperwork. I was given plenty of time to ask questions/ double check the order. At no time did I feel rushed or unwelcome. I was dreading the "choosing and ordering a bed" but my visit was great and I am looking forward to my new bed being delivered. Will be back next time

Russell was very knowledgable and listened to what we wanted. Although me and my husband disagreed with what we wanted exactly he was able to help us come to an agreement we were both very happy with. In addition, we had our 2 small children who he included when we were looking for a bed which made it easier.

Friendly efficient service

Tilly was so amazing, so helpful and kind! She listened and showed me everything I was looking for. I was looking for a bed for my son as well as myself and she took the time to talk to him and help him find the perfect mattress! I was undecided about one product and she gave me all the information I needed and I ended up getting it thanks to her. At no point was she pushy, just informative and understanding of what I wanted.

The prospect of purchasing two beds with the correct mattresses was somewhat daunting however the experience was much easier with the assistance and in depth knowledge of the staff.

Tried several mattresses without feeling pressured into completing a sale. Received good info and advice about the products.

Russell was amazing! He was very attentive and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Nothing was too much for him and the price and simplicity of ordering our products was great
