First visit Jack was very helpful and we purchased pillows, after my husband used his pillow for couple nights he didn't get on with it so we returned to the store and they very kindly changed it for him which he now find much better. At this visit we purchased a mattress

The people where exceptionally nice and very helpful with a specific bed and mattress I was trying to look for and I’m completely happy with what I have ordered. The printer stopped working while sorting out confirmation and they handled the problem so well and we as the costumer was also helping!

We had assistance from a friendly employee who was helpful and not pushy to upsell. The process was straight forward

Cathryn in Bedford Interchange was most helpful with me during the whole time I was indecisive choosing beds for our new home. She was friendly and I felt that she really understood what I wanted and provided several options. She even printed size specification for the ones I have shortlisted. I came back the following day thinking I was ready to purchase but was all of a sudden uncertain of my choices as they would be a little too big for the room. I had to leave to remeasure and again she provided me several options along with size specifications to. She was most patient throughout all these. When I did come back to finally purchase, she made me feel at ease asking how I am and offered me a drink. The transaction was smooth sailing and she provided me with all the necessary information including mattress , bed care, range of beddings. I left feeling very well taken cared of as a customer and she even helped me carry all the things I purchased also that day like duvets,pillows, mattress protector, etc!

The staff member that helped me was friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. Also, I was offered a beverage between tea or coffee and I thought that was very kind. Overall all the staff members were very welcoming.

The staff who serve was very professional, she was patient to me and understand what I need. She also provided the high benefits price for a customer like me.
