2 visits, made to feel very welcome and non pushy sales staff. Really positive experience.

I received enough information and plenty of opportunity to try different mattresses to enable me to confidently place my order.

My partner and i was served by a lovely lady called Cathryn on boxing day. We went into Dreams, Bedford just to browse orginally and came out with a new bed and we were very pleased and happy with our purchase! Cathryn took her time in helping us. She helped us choose the right matrress for us explaining all mattresses to us. We we're offered hot and cold drinks while placing our order which was a lovely touch. We felt like valued customers which you don't tend to get in other retail stores. Thankyou Cathryn for making our experience at Dreams a dream :)

Tilly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also pass the sale to her colleague Michael (I think was called) because when we went into the store we started talking to him about the bed but the fire alarm set off on the middle of the conversation so we had to leave the store. When we come back Tilly made the sale but when we told her about the alarm she swapped the name on system. What a lovely person.

James was very knowledgable and offered great advice and very friendly

From the moment l walked into your shop l felt like I was treated with every care. The lady I saw first Karen went out of her way to help me to choose the best mattress for my condition. She then asked an other younger lady to show me matresses that could benefit me.I felt like l was with the Dream team. Nothing was too much for them. Coffee was given, confidence was their aim and I am sure l have my dream mattress. I can't praise them enough. Thank you Dream team UK.

Cathryn was very helpful, taking time to understand both our needs and requirements. We made multiple visits in order to make the right decision and both times, time was taken to meet our needs

Jack who was the person who came and spoke to us was very knowledgeable about the products that dreams were selling very helpful in determining the type of mattress that would best suit my needs and generally very helpful.
