Dreams - Bedford

Very pleased with the whole experience of buying products from a Dreams shop.

We had time to browse, without being pounced on! So that was nice, then Mark seemed to see that we at a point where we needed help, and he offered his services, to which we were very grateful and satisfied.

Served by both Jack and Mark at the Bedford - Retail Park Branch - very good service and very knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff.

James was courteous and understanding of our needs and encouraged us to try and check a number of beds, just what we needed! The only problem arose with Barclays finance who required further ID info and we had to return the following day.

James at the Bedford Store was very helpful - he knew all of the processes that needed to be undertaken and was very good with the application for Credit . He was a cheery guy and we also had a bit of a giggle.

The Stores assistant Cathryn was friendly and efficient and quickly identified what we were looking for. The order was processed easily and a delivery date identified. A subsequent phone call to Cathryn to change the delivery date was organised without fuss.
