Pleasant and not pushy welcome in the store. The assistant clearly had a good knowledge of what mattresses were available to fit our needs and introduced us to the mattress selector device designed to help us identify which range of mattresses would be appropriate, and in a wide price range. He did not attempt to 'push us' towards the expensive models.

We had a good experience in store using the bed match to find what was perfect for me and my partner and managed to order a bed that is perfect for the both of us... really looking for a good nights sleep

I initially visited the store on 16th February with a view to gaining knowledge of what they offered and to increase my knowledge of beds and mattresses having not bought either for several years. The assistant was very approachable, knowledgeable of products and I felt no pressure to purchase. I was particularly impressed with the machine which matched myself with a range of mattresses. I returned the following day with my daughter and made a purchase. I saw the manager this time who carefully went through the products again to ensure I was happy to proceed with a purchase.

Russell was why am so happy with my experience.he was knowledgeable about the products ,friendly showed us lots of different things.we went on the bed that takes measurements.he helped us all the way through without being pushy and made us a hot drink whilst we did the paperwork. He is a credit to your company.

Russell was the reason as he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. He showed us the test bed machine. Took us round and explained everything answered any questions. Was easy to relate to so was comfortable to shop with not pushy which is good and made a great cuppa.

The assistant James was polite friendly and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and fun.
