The assistance we got during our visit was absolutely brilliant. We got the perfect mattress and bed frame we were searching since few weeks. The search ended at dreams we got want we want within our budget. The assistant names Cathryn patiently listen to our needs and got us the best deal. She made us feel very comfortable to browse the products and patiently dealt with us. She also offered lovely tea. Would surely recommend dreams to my friends and the 1st place we would visit in future for beds would be Dreams.

From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and very helpful, they listened to our requirements with regards to back and neck problems. there was no rushing us or pressure on us. All our questions were answered with a great deal of technical knowledge which made choosing the right mattress very easy.
