It was quick and easy to find the bed I was looking for and the workers were very friendly and knew about the produces.

The member of staff was really helpful without being pushy about a sell. She was lovely to my two children and gave them a drink while I was completing the order so they sat nice and still. She was also excellent regarding my needs as I wear a Cochclear hearing device and she registered this without making a big deal but spoke clearly to me and made sure that the delivery team did not phone me but text me as I would not be able to hear them on the phone. Its the 1st time I have experienced this amount of sensitivity while out shopping. Thank you.

Cathryne the sales lady was in a league of her own, could not of been more helpful and pleasant. Hospitality in store was superb offered refreshment. We were not rushed and the saleslady explained everything to is what we wanted to know.Would highly recommend.

Tilly, the assistant who served me was sat at a desk when I entered the store and she looked up and said hi. I started browsing which is exactly how I like to shop. A few minutes later she approached me and asked me if I needed any help. She answered all my questions and once I had decided which items I was to purchase she took me to the desk to make my transaction. She was so nice throughout and a pleasure to talk to. Her colleague in the store was also pleasant and had said hi to me earlier when she walked past me. She also had a great sense of humour whilst I was with Tilly.

Simple. We needed new matresses for our new single beds and were going to buy some, not just browse. The lady in the shop, Cathryn, was highly knowledgable and friendly, showing us several options to choose from and allowing us to try them. Cathryn had a lot of local knowledge, and an understanding of matress construction and the recycling of matresses, and the whole experience of going into a shop to make a fairly major purchase was very pleasant, which is rare in these days of Internet shopping. Britain needs more shops like yours and ladies like Cathryn! Thank you.
