Loved how you could lie on bed and machine told assistant which Beds would be best for us. Assistant very helpful and not pushy.

The branch manager (Mo) was both helpful and knowledgable, and he took his time to make sure I purchased the best suited product for my requirements. He is a real asset to Dreams.

Tilly the sales assistant was great. Just the right amount of help but gave us plenty of space and time to try the various products. She was great and helpful when placing our order.

Given expert help from salesman, was helpful without being pushy or trying to make me exceed my price range. Did not feel uncomfortable at any time during the purchase. Advised me about other products and services but was not pushy with the way he put this across. Would return to same store if I required any further purchases of this nature. I applaud your training of salesmen/women and hope you will continue with this in the future.

I visited the Bedford store, Race Meadows way, on the 07th Sept 2021 and was assigned by a lady called Cathryn. Cathryn was running the whole store single handedly with no other members of staff to help. Which in my option having worked in management left Cathryn very vulnerable & over worked as was visible trying to not only cater to my needs but also the needs of customers calling on the phone and demanding her attention on the shop floor. Cathryn stayed calm and collected and did her best to meet customer needs. However although I do not support members of staff been taken advantage of in that I mean being left unsupported, Cathryn still managed some how to help me with my decision making on a bed and matters & I Purchased on the day £800 worth of goods. I would like head office to recognise the heard work and commitment of Cathryn and reflect this back in some way to express Dreams appreciation for her hard work. It was nice to be able to use the evaluation bed where we could lie down and be calibrated to get exactly the right sort of mattress. The sales advisor (Mo) was extremely knowledgeable about lots of different products and answered all our questions with extreme patience.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Understood what we were looking for

Sales assistant was very friendly, personable and welcoming and placed my order with ease. Delivery date was super fast also, overall a great service from this store.

The staff were both absolutely wonderful. The one who helped us directly especially really helped. We knew what we were after, and she gave us a great recommendation, and looked after our 3 year old boy while my wife and I tested a few beds out.
