Dreams - Port Talbot

Staff at the store were very friendly and knowledgable but to in your face and dont leave you alone this is off putting and i really wanted to just leave as i wanted to be left alone to try beds out and have a think. Delivery drivers were friendly prompt and fantastic at what they do no issues with the men but my delivery was between 1pm and 3pm and turned up gone 4pm this is inconvenient to a working home.

I can only comment on the situation as it exists today. The mattress is not due for delivery until Tuesday of next week. If the delivery takes place on time and the product is exactly as it should be, without damage and free of odour (as has been mentioned in a couple of reviews) , then, when it has been slept on for a couple of nights, I will be in a better position to make comment.

We have not had the items delivered yet so cannot fully comment

MUST HAVE PRESS WRONG. I WAS SATIFIED. THE YOUNG GUY WAS WORKING ON HIS OWN NOT MANY CUSTOMERS HE GAVE ME A LOT OF TIME. WAS VERY NICE POLITE.

Wrong mattress delivered

Was quoted 25th delivery date when paying 20% deposit , arranged unpaid time off , told today when attempting to pay balance that delivery Friday cancelled , can't afford to lose another day's pay so had to cancel order . Very disappointed by dreams attitude , will never shop there again

Martin was extremely helpful & showed us the full range of mattreses was very knowlegable and not over pushy.He was an exelent demonstrator as well as a realy nice mam

I was more then Satisfied by the gentleman that served me at the store...I went in the Day before and brought a mattress and was very happy with the service he supplied and even carried the mattress to my car for me, Which made me go in the next day and order a complete bed from him.

the gentleman who complete my order was very helpful, and understanding of my needs, for example, i wanted a bed with under bed storage and was specific to what i want, however after discussing the reason for wanting to buy a large bed, we both agree that the one that i would have bought for my shaped room would be troublesome to operate, this was something i have overlooked, the bed i ended up buying will accommodate my needs. i was very happy with my purchase and was happy that he took the time to help me to get the bed that i want. I had gone to this branch because my daughter bought a similar bed last year, she told me about the service she received, i must admit that she was spot on. the gentleman who took my order was helpful, respectful, polite. lovely service, thank you.
