My response to this question is to say that I was very satisfied but not HIGHLY satisfied. A subtle difference I agree but a difference none the less.

the product which i wanted for my purchase wasn't in the store also i was unable to find it on the dreams in store computer page but i was happy with the outcome that the in store staff was able to find it via a internet connection using a mobile phone.Also on checking i actually purcvhased the wrong bed which wanted, but again on looking was happy with the outcome of my purchase.

I was highly satisfied with the service, however the bed was not available for almost three weeks.

I didn't visit a theatre to see the latest blockbuster. I went to a store to look for a bed. I found one.

Price slightly higher than elsewhere and delivery a little longer than I would like but quality and helpful service was top class.

The store was slightly smaller than expected. Purchase of items took some time due to the amount of personal information required to purchase.

Spent £100 at store. Expected free delivery as I spent over £100. But had to pay £5 for delivery which will take ages to be delivered so wasn't at all happy with both results
