Staff were efficient and friendly, allowing time to try out products at our leisure, but were available when we needed advice. There was a problem with the IT ordering system, so we experienced a delay in processing the order. Luckily for us, we did not need to make a finance agreement, two other customers had been waiting some time before us to be able to complete their purchases. We entered the store, made our selection, paid, arranged delivery and left before either of them.

Only one member of staff and felt rushed to purchase the mattress

Long lead times for furniture. Had to have 2 deliveries for different items.

Whilst we were happy with our store experience, we did have problems with the delivery. I must make it clear that it was with the administration and NOT with the the delivery team. We did not receive, as mentioned on your recorded message, a telephone call before 10.00 a.m. to confirm a a delivery slot, however, much later, when we had contact with the delivery team themselves, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They DO deserve a commendation. We did inform the store staff that there are a number of steps leading to our property but these details were not passed on to the the delivery team.

There was no one in the shop (Wednesday Morning) ! When the gentleman arrived he was most helpful, friendly and attentive. However, I knew how much cheaper I could have had quality goods online, so buying similar items at twice (?) the price was frustrating. However, the gentlemen did get me an early delivery, which was important, so pros & cons...

Delivery period longer than I thought and always looking for a bigger discount.You must remember The order has not been delivered and set up yet,rather soon for my comments.
