I arrived to purchase a replacement leather headboard for my ottoman bed but unfortunately they didn't have the one I was looking for in store. The price then for one similar was just over a couple hundred pound but didn't have it in store. We ended up buying a ex display bed, mattress and 2 bed side tables instead at a very reasonable price.

The wording on the cover/policy that we bought was very unambiguous and a little misleading. The wording suggests that you’re not actually covered for anything and that you have purchased a very expensive piece of paper. Although I was reassured by staff when I returned to the store to query it I still don’t feel 100% happy

When we returned the next day to pay the balance in full the lady who served us was not very helpful and said she couldn't give us a receipt although we did get her to sign the order confirmation as paid in full. We also have a difficult access for delivery & had noted that on the order confirmation our address is a little misleading but again she said she could do nothing about it & we would have to wait until the delivery driver contacted us. Our delivery date is 08/01/2020 so we will see if it arrives ok. Ricky who served us first could not be faulted.

Because I went to the dentist, went home with a bed mattress and head board.. Only went in to browse
